Somatic Experiencing

Somatic Experiencing (SE) is a powerful psychobiological method for addressing physical and emotional trauma PTSD overwhelmed and stress related conditions. SE is a form of alternative therapy aimed at relieving the symptoms of post, traumatic stress disorder, and other mental and physical trauma related health problems by focussing on the clients perceived body sensations (or somatic experiences). It was developed by trauma therapist Peter Levine.

EMDR

Hypnosis is a natural state very much like when we are daydreaming or driving down the highway and not paying attention to the signs for a while. It is a trans Lake state which occurs throughout the course of a day.

Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP) is a powerful, evidence-based therapy that helps individuals break through emotional barriers and resolve underlying conflicts in a short period of time. By targeting unconscious emotions and defenses, it helps alleviate anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, leading to lasting change and deeper self-awareness.
