Meet Sheila

Sheila Clements MSW, RCSW, RYT, SEP specializes in trauma counselling for couples, individuals, children and youth. She maintains a private practice in Kaleden, BC.

Sheila's Approach

Sheila’s therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassiona nd understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.

Education

With over fifteen years experience as a clinician and as a graduate of UBCO, Sheila is working with a broad spectrum of clients.  In addition to trauma therapy her other areas of expertise are grief and loss, addictions, depression and anxiety. She has also completed her registered yoga teacher training at the South Okanagan Yoga Academy and trauma sensitive yoga training at Langara college.
